| The Advance Depot Replacement Service provides a post-warranty equipment exchange via UPS (Ground delivery is standard) directly to the restaurant. Our Technical Support Team monitors the delivery then calls to confirm proper installation as an added assurance. Restaurant management personnel use the provided UPS label to return the faulty equipment. The service is then finalized once the restaurant is restored to satisfactory operations and equipment is returned. | |
