Data Collection
Data transmissions from restaurants and received by QuikServe, hold all different data variables. In turn, they are imported into our state-of-the-art data warehousing infrastructure.
- Import procedure ensures prompt availability of new data for reporting purposes.
- Information is verified and cross-referenced with synchronization groups and imported into data containers accordingly.
Synchronization
A control variable allows QuikServe to look back in the past for a specified number of days at any specific data type to track changes and import them automatically into our system.
- Workload is minimized for managers. Instead of having them to call in or manually send in the corrections or changes to their data, figures can simply be adjusted in the QuikStation.
- The Sync feature of the import procedure kicks in and updates data accordingly.
- Sync is a seamless and transparent process that requires almost no manual data handling which in turn ensures the integrity of the data, keeping it consistent and secure.
