Automated Clearing House (ACH)
QuikServe Solutions maintains and monitors key financial figures and then tracks them for any changes using our synchronization feature. One of these data variables is the bank cash deposits.
- QuikServe is able to generate ACH (Automated Clearing House) formatted reports for our customers using this data. ACH software costs thousands of dollars to purchase to maintain their licenses. QuikServe can provide ACH as part of the reporting service to our customers.
Invoice Reporting
A benefit to accounting firms, many customers’ food vendors are able to provide QuikServe with electronic invoices of what the restaurant ordered and what the vendor is owed for weekly food deliveries.
- QuikServe is able to take invoice files and custom-input them into accounting and payroll software such as MAS 90 and ADP Pay Force. That information is then shared with a customer’s main office that generates payments for the food vendor invoice.
