Equipment is shipped ahead of time in order to avoid day-off headaches, allowing operators to double-check that their order has arrived in full.
- Following the on-site installation process, follow-up meetings are held with each location to ensure equipment is working properly, to answer any questions as well as to accept any feedback. Account managers then begin handling the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
