QuikServe employees are able to remotely make numerous POS changes such as creating new food items sold as part of promotions, making price changes to current items, creating coupons and discounts, building new combos and building new ingredients, among others.

Reports can also be delivered at user-defined intervals to executives and district managers.
QuikServe Corporate Reporting : Specialized Reporting These reports can be exported as files to different programs, files for sales data, invoices, deposits and inventory. Customers may also receive these as PDA alerts, compatible with Blackberry and Treo phones. This data is stored by QuikServe for customer´s lifetime use of our services.

This service can be set up with both Exchange and POP3 servers. Managers, operators, franchisors, etc. can access their email through programs such as Outlook, Outlook Express and QS Web Portal. Technical support is also provided to customers that choose to use this service.
