The Account Management team promises a personal commitment to ensure the success of their clients. They achieve this by sharing their clients’ business philosophies, understanding their needs and desires and act in accordance with them to ensure the highest quality of customer care and service. Each account manager is dedicated to his or her client(s), specializing in understanding all the needs and requirement specifics to that client. Shipping & Receiving

Our shipping and receiving department is responsible for processing all the RMA tickets that are forwarded through our helpdesk. Any time a customer requests equipment be sent to them, our shipping department makes sure that the correct item(s) are sent on time.
